Join us on January 20, 2020, as we celebrate the life and accomplishments of the late Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. On this day we will bring two communities together around Fun, Food & Fellowship!
The day will begin with concurrent registrations running in both the Hedgeville and Riverside Communities. Check out our itinerary:

8:00 am Registration (Parkway Academy North, 304 S. Harrison St. Wilmington, DE 19805)
8:30 am to 10:30am Community Clean-Up
10:30 am Return to Parkway to drop off supplies etc.
10:45 am March to Youth Empowerment Program (1009 Sycamore Street, Wilmington, DE 19805)
11:00-11:30 am All volunteers begin arriving at the Youth Empowerment Program
12:00 pm Lunch for all volunteers
12:15 pm Local officials speak
12:45pm Live Entertainment at the Youth Empowerment Program
1:45 pm The conclusion of MLK Day
Riverside
8:00 am Registration (Kingswood Community Center, 2300 Bowers Street, Wilmington, DE 19802)
8:30 am to 10:30 am Community Clean-Up
8:30 am to 10:30 am MLK Mural Project @ The Teen Warehouse, 1121 Thatcher Street, Wilmington, DE 19805)
10:30-10:45 am MLK Mural Project Wrap-Up
10:45 am Buses depart KCC and Warehouse to travel to Hedgeville
11:00-11:30 am All volunteers begin arriving at the Youth Empowerment Program
12:00 pm Lunch for all volunteers
12:15 pm Local officials speak
12:45pm Live Entertainment at the Youth Empowerment Program
